a440.app offers AI-generated music that you can play and download for free, with no sign-up. By using the site or downloading a song, you agree to the points below. Please read them once before you use a song somewhere important.
1. Free to use, with no restrictions from us
You may listen to, download, copy, edit, and use any song on this site for personal or commercial purposes, in videos, streams, games, apps, podcasts, presentations, or anywhere else. You do not need to ask for permission, pay a fee, or credit a440.app (credit is always welcome, but it is not required). We do not place any limit on how you use the songs.
The songs are not sold, and a440.app does not promise exclusive rights to them. The same song can be downloaded and used by anyone.
2. The music is made with AI and may contain mistakes
Every song on this site is generated with AI tools. AI music is not perfect. A song may contain:
- Mispronounced, unclear, or missing words, or lyrics that differ from what is sung
- Odd phrasing, repeated lines, or grammar mistakes
- Audio flaws such as noise, glitches, abrupt endings, or uneven volume
- A sound that does not match its title, genre, mood, or style description
- Inexact details such as BPM, duration, genre, or tags
We review the music we publish, but we cannot catch every flaw. Please listen to a song fully before you rely on it.
3. Lyrics and stories are fictional
Titles, lyrics, stories, characters, names, places, and situations in the songs are imaginary. They are creative works, not statements of fact, and they are not advice of any kind (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise). Any resemblance to real people, events, places, brands, or existing songs is coincidental and unintended. A song does not represent the views of a440.app, and it is not meant to promote, criticize, or refer to any real person, group, company, or product.
4. Rights and similarity
Because the songs are produced by AI, we cannot promise that a song is entirely free of similarity to existing music, or that any copyright or other legal protection exists or can be claimed for it. We do not knowingly publish music that copies someone else's work. If you have concerns about a particular use, such as a campaign, a release on a streaming service, or a monetized channel, check it yourself before you go ahead.
5. You are responsible for your use
You are responsible for how you use the songs, including:
- Complying with the laws and the rules of the platforms where you publish (for example, video, streaming, or social media services)
- Automated copyright detection on those platforms, which can sometimes flag AI-generated music by mistake. a440.app cannot prevent or resolve such flags or claims
- Any claim, loss, or dispute that arises from your use of a song or from content you create with it
By downloading or using a song, you agree that you use it at your own risk and that you will not hold a440.app responsible for the results.
6. No warranty
The site and the songs are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. This includes any warranty of quality, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. Songs, features, or the whole site may change, move, or be removed at any time without notice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, a440.app and its operator are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost income, lost data, or damage to reputation, arising from your use of the site or the songs, even if we were told such damage was possible.
8. Using the site fairly
Please do not overload or disrupt the site, bypass its limits, or run automated bulk downloads. We may limit or block access that harms the site or other visitors. Downloads are counted once per visitor per day, and request limits may apply.
9. Removal requests
If you believe a song infringes your rights or contains material that should not be published, email us with the song title or address and a short explanation. We will review it and remove the song if appropriate. Removing a song from the site does not affect copies that were already downloaded.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
